- If You Cannot Attend the Workshop
We know life happens! If you are unable to attend an event you’ve fully paid for, please inform us at least 2 days in advance. We will gladly shift your booking to the next session.
- Refund
a. To request a refund, please email us at Imsupport@imsuccess.co with payment proof and your reason. We’re always here to help you.
b. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
c. Refunds go back to the original payment method or via bank transfer, based on how you paid.
d. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment partner.
